Laziness is Not a Disability

Once again I present the idiots of the world, who think that rules laws and common decency don't belong to them.

This photo was taken at Edwards Lake, Reservoir, on the 3rd October 2012, The offender, parked BETWEEN the disables parking, right over the access walkway, which means that anyone in a wheelchair is FORCED to climb the gutter.

This photo was taken at Epping plaza on the 20th October 2012, in the P2 parking zone, which is a zone for people who have trouble walking, but don't require extra room to get in and out of vehicles.

The following vehicle, shows the front and rear of said offender to show no disabled permit and also that they must be blind because the wheelchair is quite clearly visible. Photo taken on the 21st October 2012, at 4pm at the Laurimar Woolworths, in Doreen.  PAL-782 (Vic)

Now this is why it is so frustrating. The below photo was taken at exactly the same time at the set above, 4pm on the 21st October 2012. Same location. So 2 of the 3 spaces available for people with mobility issues are taken by able-bodied people This person can't be too able-bodied because I say they are blind. :(

  2. Andrwe, could be a connection, but does that excuse common decency? If it were their parents, mother, father, daughter etc, would they be so leinent? I've heard of cars being keyed by people upset events like this. I only take photos.
